Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Full responsibility for the management of customer stock from receipt to final last mile delivery
• Plan routes daily using Paragon to maximise route efficiency
• You’ll lead the shift for all Health, Safety, Security and Environmental procedures, ensuring that they are followed at all times, challenging non-conformance
• Proactively plan and engage with other departments to ensure a collaborative approach and effective resolution of issues

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• A good understanding of transport planning and industry standards
• Excellent communication skills – you’ll be speaking regularly with various stakeholders
• Understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
• The ability to work to deadlines efficiently and effectively
