Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Full responsibility for the management of customer stock from receipt to final last mile delivery
Plan routes daily using Paragon to maximise route efficiency
You’ll lead the shift for all Health, Safety, Security and Environmental procedures, ensuring that they are followed at all times, challenging non-conformance
Proactively plan and engage with other departments to ensure a collaborative approach and effective resolution of issues
What you need to succeed at XPO:
A good understanding of transport planning and industry standards
Excellent communication skills – you’ll be speaking regularly with various stakeholders
Understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
The ability to work to deadlines efficiently and effectively
