A once in a lifetime opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager for Roe & Co whiskey based in the heart of Dublin. These opportunities don’t appear often, so an early application is recommended.
About Roe & Co:
In Jan 2017 Diageo announced a move to enter the Irish whiskey market with the launch of Roe and Co Premium Blended Irish whiskey and a €25M investment to revive The1950s Guinness Power Station at St. James’s Gate into a new Urban Distillery with Malt whiskey at its heart. Anchoring the Roe and Co brand firmly in the heart of the liberties within a stone’s throw from St. Patrick’s tower, the last relic of George Roe’s great distillery.
This is a brand built by bartenders for bartenders. Clashing a hybrid of knowledge from science and trade, we created an inspirational new liquid with a nod back to our original pioneer, George Roe and a liquid of the future to disrupt the world of Irish whiskey.
This Operations Manager will play a key role in and take personal responsibility for delivering brand immersion and engagement with consumers, key influencers including media and fostering great relationships with hospitality and tourism sector.
You will also have responsibility to hire a team of Whiskey Masters with the passion and drive to bring the story of Roe & Co alive for our visitors
