Major global financial services organisation is seeking to appoint an experienced R2P / P2P Programme Manager (Technology Deployment, Source-to-Pay)… 

It is essential for this role that you have in-depth FULL CYCLE DEPLOYMENT and have had (demonstrable) overall programme/project leadership to deliver an S2P technology toolset (or other Financial System equivalent (not the same if you've just led separate workstreams - must be able to demonstrate you've had your arms around the whole thing). 

Group Sourcing Enterprise Programme is a three-year transformation programme that will deliver the following; multi-million pound third party savings, enabling infrastructure to meet the needs of a digital and agile bank, end-to-end supplier management process redesign, redesigned supply chain management risk framework and deployment of a new end-to-end Source to Pay process and tool.

This role will drive delivery & implementation of the new Source-to-Pay process and tool which includes Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Requisition-to-Pay functional modules over a period of 12-18 months. 

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Experience of deploying a full suite procurement system such as SAP ARIBA, or equivalent full life-cycle deployment (i.e. design, build, test and deploy) of other cloud based solutions e.g. Concur, Workday etc.
• Experience of delivery of end-to-end process of source-to-pay which includes Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Requisition-to-Pay functional modules, with concurrent and sequential workstreams.
• Experience of leading a project utilising a hybrid of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, with Waterfall Lifecycle and Governance combined with Agile ways of working.
• Experience of leading a cross functional matrix team containing streams leads responsible for key delivery milestones operating within their own governance environments, to ensure delivery to overall time, quality and cost targets. 

There might be some headroom on the day rate for the right candidate.

Currently circa £700pd.

Base location is central London (City).

6 month initial assignment, some WFH.
