We cannot deliver this mission without meticulous planning and without working closely with many people across the business. The planning team are at the heart of this and master data is a key enabler and driver.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Planning Manager, your main responsibility is master data for the planning team, ensuring it is correctly maintained, accurate, controlled and any changes are managed effectively.
You will also be responsible for collating and reporting on the KPIs for planning team and coordinating the supply chain monthly KPI Deck.
Other areas of responsibility and duties include:
Manage the creation of new items within SAP ensuring critical fields are accurate and completed in a timely manner (e.g. barcode setup, weights/dims, commodity codes, ABV/gravity, excise codes etc).
Maintain finished goods and non-finished goods material master data for all material types.
Create and maintain brewing items and BOMs within SAP
Maintaining all Bill of materials (BOMs), ensuring any changes flow through the whole process and all aspects of SAP
Creating and implementing controls for any changes to the planning master data, e.g. change on item code, barcodes, cost etc.
Engaging all stakeholders of master data on new processes and controls, and challenging any non-conformance
Reporting on, and driving the action on lapsed purchase orders, production orders and stock transfers.
Supporting with the invoice process for packaging and brewing materials, improving the process and ensuring cost within SAP reflects the invoice costs.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We are an extremely driven team, constantly challenging ourselves to improve.
Sitting within the supply chain department, the planning team are responsible for planning the demand right through to production. We work closely with many key functions including sales, customer service, marketing, production and many more. It is vital that you have a good understanding or willingness to learn the operations and have an inquisitive and challenging mind. Robust master data is essential to the planning process and can unlock many efficiencies.
You can work in an extremely fast paced and ever-changing environment, remaining calm, resilient and organised in challenging and pressured situations.
You own your numbers and use them to drive improvements within your role, and across the business.
You are a self-starter and have a thirst for knowledge and passion for learning.

Must have SAP experience or experience with similar systems.
Must be analytical and process orientated.
Is a strong verbal and written communicator and is good at building relationships.
Highly proficient in excel.
Able to manipulate large and complex data sets and draw conclusions from them.
