At Adecco, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Procurement Administrator for our client based in Derby.
The role will include the responsibility of coordinating and completing the administrative process of a project whilst providing support to the Procurement Manager. The role will involve working with complex documents, producing letters, emails and other correspondence, assisting with the maintenance of files and handling client and third party enquiries.
Duties of the role
Collate and report received payments to Senior Team.
Coordinate and prepare documentation for local audits.
Resolve operational and executive queries sent to mailbox.
Prepare and execute small valued purchase orders and own relationships with suppliers where required.
Set up new suppliers on accounting system.
Candidates must possess previous experience in a similar role, accurate typing skills and have excellent attention to detail. The ideal applicant will also have the ability to work under pressure using their own initiative. This is a full time role with a competitive salary and benefits.
