Reporting to the Head of Procurement in this well known, established retailer, you will use your procurement experience to deliver maximum value from third party spend for FM and Store Development services and products.
You must have procurement experience of working in construction and/ or store re-fits/ refurbishment, managing contractors, external consultants (e.g. Architects, Surveyors, Structural Engineers, M&E Consultants, etc), negotiating additional discounts, and management of JCT contracts.
With your strong negotiating and organisational skills, you will manage the full procurement service, from formulating policies and procedures to identifying new opportunities for cost saving.
Superb communication skills will be vital in this role, as you will be engaging with executive and board level stakeholders, influencing decisions and negotiating price, quantity and commercial terms with indirect suppliers.
