Main of the Position
Issuance of Purchase Orders / Orders necessary to guarantee the supply of materials to projects complying with the requirements in terms of QCD. Perform full monitoring from the shipment of the order, acknowledgment of receipt, confirmation of date, until the receipt of the material. Manage reverse logistics in case of returns for non-conformities and apply the corresponding penalties for breach of contractual commitments delivery dates of suppliers. Maintain a bidirectional communication (Suppliers - Internal Clients) that serves to update and / or confirm production plans as material deliveries are confirmed.
Issuance of Orders, Follow-up, Acuses of Receipt and Control of Supply. Management and anticipation of missing parts (Missing Parts). Ensure the compliance of suppliers in terms of QCD as well as policies, regulations, procedures and requirements Alstom Transport. Management of Non-Conformities (NCE) and Claims for Non-Quality Costs (CONQ). Management of Penalties for Delay and Claims. Propose ideas for the continuous improvement of the purchasing processes. Management of the EDI Web of Suppliers for the communication and dispatch of orders.
Technical Engineer or Industrial Superior and / or Bachelor of Economics or Business Administration.
Languages: English (Essential) and French (Valorable).
Essential experience of at least 3 years in similar positions in the field of Sourcing or Supply Chain.
Experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain and Planning will be valued.
Knowledge and experience in: Negotiation, ERP Systems and e-Sourcing Tools.
