The Indirects Procurement team is seeking to deliver ongoing cost savings through increased cost control from competitive sourcing activities as well as through behavioural shifts and active demand management.

Purpose of Role
The prime accountability of this role is the management of specific sub categories and projects across the business services portfolio, primarily focussed on elements of the Consultancy, HR, Travel and Facilities categories.
The role will support supplier development, sourcing execution, contracting and performance tracking with a focus on driving best price and lowest cost whilst still maintaining service and quality. This role will apply the core methodology of Category Management and utilization of e-tools (including e-auctions) to deliver the annual financial and non-financial targets set by the Global Category Managers, whilst ensuring the highest standard of ethics and compliance.
To drive cost reduction and value creation through Supplier development, sourcing, negotiations and performance tracking of Business Services subcategories and projects across markets across the globe
