They will provide a range of services, including the management of procurement for specific raw materials, packaging, indirect materials and other services. In order to implement and drive the success of our new procurement model and to complete the Packaging,we are looking for a highly competent Procurement Support Specialist for Paper Based packaging based in Switzerland.
Reporting directly to the Regional Procurement Category Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the category strategy for Paper Based Packaging Category on a regional level, utilizing strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Support strategic buyers in tactical/operational activities (contract creation, price requests, cost model development & implementation, project follow-up) and in Business Partnering with markets.
Create, maintain and close the contract life cycle management.
Support in execution of the Dynamic Forecast Process via developing and implementing standard tools.
Support in automatizing of procurement tools in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance to Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, policies and standards.
What is required?
University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain and/or Engineering.
1-3 years of experience in procurement or in similar roles.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of Procurement.
Ability to work in an international and complex environment.
Can easily work with different IT systems (SAP, Ariba).
Good understanding of Excel.
Understand business objectives and ensure alignment with procurement/price risk management functions of support.
Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Fluent in English, another language will be an asset.
