About the Role:
We are looking for a fantastic candidate to join our busy Scheduling department on a 9 month fixed term basis. You’ll be playing a crucial role during our busiest times of year as we support our Christmas and Easter production ramp up, where you’ll sit right at the heart of our dedicated Operations team.
Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, you will use your innovative planning skills and initiative to co-ordinate available resources of labour, chocolates, and packaging to enable us to best satisfy customer demand in a timely manner.
You will be an organised, motivated, logical thinker and a first-rate communicator as you will be expected to liaise with suppliers and a wide range of staff in other departments
Who we are looking for:
You should ideally have previous experience of working within a manufacturing or supply chain environment and have great computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel. Experience of SAP would be an advantage, and full training will be given to the successful candidate. You will have a strong teamwork mentality and be able to manage a complex schedule of work. You will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working with stakeholders across all parts of the supply chain process.
