We currently have an opportunity for a Production and Project Planner, joining our Operations Planning team who provide overarching production scheduling and project planning support to our manufacturing areas. In this role, you will manage, coordinate, integrate, and drive ADC Witney Site Operations activities associated with new product introductions, major programs, and production planning. Liaising with cross functional stakeholders, both local and internationally, and optimising resource utilisation, you will establish, implement, monitor and deliver on projects whilst supporting the achievement of production targets, customer requirements, defined deadlines and SIOP.
To be successful, you will have experience in production and project planning in a regulated manufacturing/production environment. You will be adept at chairing cross functional meetings, leveraging your stakeholder management skills and influencing abilities. Bringing an analytical mindset, you will also be comfortable working with large data sets, ERP systems, and information from multiple sources.
As a minimum you will be qualified to higher level education (A-Level or equivalent), however preference sits with those who offer Degree level qualification and/or Project Management certification.
You will be comfortable working autonomously, showing initiative and independence, but equally will be able to demonstrate the ability to collaborate with and engage colleagues through tasks and activities. You will be organised by nature, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and deliver to timelines. People leadership experience is preferred, but not essential.
