The ideal candidate will have a minimum of supervisory experience in the area of purchasing and goods receiving but if not then a background within hospitality will be required.
You will be good at building relationships, both internally and with suppliers as well as being process orientated, understanding the importance of accurate data as well as concise reporting.
Administration in terms of pricing, reconciliation and reporting of Food and Beverage is a key requirement in this role. Managing a team of Purchasing Assistants to ensure full PO to invoice process is carried out to best practice standards.
Working alongside Head Chefs and Managers to help deliver the hospitality margin. Knowledge of Food and Beverage management as well as hospitality till systems would be a benefit in this role.
