Job Description
Work cross functionally with internal departments to achieve objectives and critical paths.
Manage supplier's products, performance and pricing, negotiating and challenging as and when required.
Budget management
Communicate and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders with project reporting.
Provide input and review change to increase cost and productivity across the concept execution
Manage timelines taking in consideration any additional contributing factors such seasonal habits including; peak trade, public holidays etc.
Be able to bring the project together from multiple sources of information, going through required checks to ensure all parts of the project have been covered for a seamless execution.
Liaising and planning with multiple internal teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively
Risk management and problem solving, considering cost, communication and meeting expectations at all times.
The Successful Applicant
Experience in the Retail industry and GNFR spend, in particular Indirect / FM / Fixtures / Fascias
Must be able to manage own workload
Proficient in change management with the ability and flexibility to work within defined framework
Project Management skills with ability to mitigate risks and issues, reacting quickly under own autonomy and escalating adequately
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams, influencing, facilitating and negotiating with stakeholders when necessary
Ability to move from strategic planning to detailed level tasks seamlessly
The ability to manage projects within uncertain environments with fluctuating requirements
Thorough and diligent
Exceptional planning and organisational skills
Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment while maintaining precision and keeping within deadlines
Confident and calm under pressure or in conflict
