About The Role
The Quality Technician is a multi-skilled and diverse role that joins a team of skilled technicians working to ensure the development, implementation and oversight of a comprehensive quality program. This includes microbiology, analytics, sensory evaluation and packaging quality.
Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you will establish best-practices, maintain and monitor quality performance within the brewery, audit at-line quality checks and troubleshoot process deviations.

The BrewDog Quality team exists within Operations, supporting multiple teams across Production, Supply Chain, Retail and the customer base. We recognise that a small team cannot be everywhere at once, so it’s important that other teams own Safety and Quality at the source; acting as Quality team members before their other duties.
It is our responsibility to support and tool the wider teams accordingly, and inspire confidence, trust and respect, while keeping the ship steady.

Professionally, we are looking for a Quality professional, ideally with brewery or FMCG experience. You should be organised, proactive, a great people person, and full of energy for a busy an dynamic role. A love for beer is essential!
