Monitors production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications. Works with Production Supervisors to meet customer specifications and timeline.
Supports Business/Plant customer relationship by meeting businesses objectives and by understanding how operational performance impacts internal/external customers.
Responsible for the appropriate supply chain program based on business and plant recommandations & needs.
Establishes and adapt supply chain execution program. Has responsibility for a subset of cost control of supply chain
Responsible to organize daily operations of assigned area to achieve business requirements including work flow, job assignments, scheduling, shift coverage, etc.
Accountable to deploy and provide input to best in class operational practices. Utilizes deep technical skills and relevant experience to identify/solve problems and recommends/implements operating efficiencies

Actively participates to the daily IDEX, and to the weekly performance review for supply chain department.
Actively measures performance and implements leading common practices to promote operational efficiencies
Supports common reliability processes and ensures the reliability culture is foundational to operations (i.e. deploys common reliability processes and metrics; focus on eliminating the root-cause of reliability problems, etc).
Education/degree specifically in operations, engineering or other related field.
Business experience and understanding of Cargill is preferred.
Working knowledge of reliability practices

Bachelor's degree required (technical)
Min 5 years of operational experience.
