The Consumer Products Division’s mission is universal: to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to the greatest number of people on every continent. Its brands are available in all mass-market channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, chemists and traditional stores).
The division is the spearhead of the group’s quest to win over a further billion consumers. The Consumer Products Division includes popular brand such as L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, Essie and NYX Professional Make Up.
Develop and strengthen the customer relationships within the consumer products division while being the owner of the supply chain management for our boutique stores. This is an exciting and unique role within the division - key to continue our ambition to lead Customer & Retail Supply Chain Management Excellence versus our peers.
As a successful self starter and business partner, you’ll lead the supply chain relationship with our customer while managing the supply chain aspect of our own boutiques. This exciting role will take on responsibility for driving efficiency management both internally and externally. Identifying projects, planning the execution and engaging key stakeholders within the team, division and wider supply chain function.
Responsibilities within the role will include:
•Work closely with the customer in a true collaborative partnership, delivering against agreed internal and external KPIs.
•Work closely with key internal stakeholders of the account to build and deliver a joint business supply chain plan, as well as initiate and execute new improvement project ideas
•Manage multifunctional and business wide projects, with the aim to optimize the way we serve our customers.
•Manage the boutiques’ forecast and stock replenishment to maximize availability in stores.
•Ensure stores’ process compliance to the Group’s International Retail Supply Chain guidelines

•Supply Chain Knowledge/Experience: Excellent understanding of key Supply Chain functions including; Customer requirements, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Physical Distribution.
•Customer facing experience, with the ability to engage and influence our customers towards the execution of best practice
•Project Management: Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills – able to work effectively todeadlines. With authority to lead change and engage stakeholders at all levels of the business.
