The IS&T organization, led by our CIO is composed of 5 pillars. This position is based under the Business Solutions & Innovation pillar which is led by our VP Business Solutions & Innovation. This pillar oversees global architecture of IT solutions, as well as deploying, maintaining and managing their innovation. Within this Business Solutions & Innovation, the ERP Program Director is in charge of the ERP tower. The ERP tower is responsible for the design, project execution and operations of ERP and its applicative landscape. The Functional Core Team Manager’s team is composed of the core team which is divided into the 4 functional domains: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Services and Integration. You will be reporting to the supply-chain Stream lead under this organization. Supply-chain stream is in charge of the core model regarding planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and quality processes. Therefore, you will contribute to the execution of ERP release, the pre-studies and execution of roll-out projects, L3 support activities. In addition, the person in this position will be expected to bring continued improvements to ensure our solution’s stability and maintaining documentation. This position is based in Saint-Ouen, however due to the location of all stakeholders, there is the possibility of punctual travels to India and other Alstom sites. You will be integrating an international team and will need to work closely with them. For this, the knowledge of English language is a must.
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The supply-chain stream is composed of five business activities: planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and quality. The logistics solution expert’s role is to ensure that the solutions for these business activities follow the defined core model. This includes ERP solution as well as non-ERP solutions like mobile execution, and interface shipping solutions. You will need to interact with internal and external stakeholders. In order to respond to our increased number of sites, which is a result of our accelerated deployment roadmap, we are looking for a SAP MM/LE/WM expert to integrate our team.

In addition, you will be constantly liaising between partners and local business in order to drive the different projects successfully. When it comes to our applicative landscape, you will be working not only with partners and business but also with other IS&T teams in other pillars. Your functional expertise will be needed in order to deliver the different projects with high quality and on time.
