Quite simply, if our stock isn’t where our customers want to buy it… we don’t make any money. But with your help, that’ll never happen. By reviewing sales data and liaising with key internal departments to shape your decisions, you’ll tweak our stock profile so that are customers are never disappointed. From initial stock allocation, to forecasting requirements you’ll make sure we’re fulfilling every sales opportunity. And to really get to grips with what we need, you’ll spend time out at the trade counters to identify new opportunities and assess what impact that might have on our supply chain. It’s a great opportunity to build on your supply chain understanding and a chance to make a big impact on our business – and your future too.
YOUR SKILLS TOOLBOX
You don’t have to be a supply chain expert (although any relevant knowledge is a bonus). You don’t even need to come from a retail background. If you’re highly analytical, like working with data and are willing to learn (fast), then we’ll give you the support you need to grow into the role. What will set you aside is your ability to forge strong relationships and your drive to get on and put what understanding you have of supply and inventory to best use. Back this up with meticulous attention to detail, great communication, problem-solving and Excel skills and you’ll go far.
