A fantastic opportunity is available for a Senior Analyst - Invoice to Pay (I2P) to join our Finance team.
Own the process standardisation agenda for all the AP activities in the BSG scope, both captive and outsourced, ensure that a robust control environment is maintained.
Continually drive process improvement (speed, quality and cost) delivering year on year improvements for deployed processes measured by KPI results & Customer Satisfaction scores. Reapply best practices across geographies and standardise the BSG service offering
Working in partnership with the Global process owners and the BSG controller ensure that all activities within the end to end scope of AP are covered by Policies, Statements of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Support BSG/Turbo strategic projects as PTP/AP Process SME
Build, maintain and enhance relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
The role has a global remit and includes all businesses managed under BSG Scope (EMEA/AMER/ASIA)
The role covers for the E2E PTP Accounts Payable Activities (AP – ‘invoice to payment’) which includes: invoice processing, payments, query resolution and exception handling, vendor statement reconciliation, Master Data changes, supply chain financing, e-invoicing
Ensure that standard Work Instructions, aligned to Standard Operating procedures (SOP) are in place and updated in accordance with the controls framework.
Pro-actively engage BSG Market Leads and Service Delivery teams to optimise how services are delivered in line with policy and processes defined by the Global Process Owners.
Manage, monitor and control the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and assure measurement is in place so that it is clear to what extent they are attained to meet operational expectations
Connect as appropriate with Global Process Owners and other Functional Experts to clarify development and deployment of policy and procedure to strengthen BSG delivery
Constantly seek to improve PTP service quality for RB, leveraging vendor management, IT, Process Owners and Continuous Improvement to improve efficiency, reduce risk and reduce cost
Participate in the deployment of BSG Services and ERP deployments to new geographies, ensuring that Service Management are involved throughout the project life-cycle (as appropriate) and enabling a seamless handover from project to business-as-usual
Be an ambassador for BSG, optimizing opportunities to deliver process improvement to our customers
To drive effective Service Quality and Controls Adherence across F&A Service Delivery
To radically improve the attainment of KPI and SLA outcome achievement through a relentless focus on quality service delivery and a continuous improvement mind-set.
Define and deploy global processes across the range of P2P activities in partnership with Global Process owners
Qualification and experience:
Proven experience of leading an AP end-to end process in a Shared Services environment
Experience of working in a complex, Matrix organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential
Relevant accounting qualification, business degree or equivalent gained through experience
Project Mgmt., 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential
Sound Judgment and strong business acumen, always looking at the best possible outcome for RB and aligned to the RB goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Collaborative with peers and colleagues to drive involvement and engagement
Attitude and aptitude to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding, dynamic environment, with the personal integrity to make positive change even when it challenges the status quo

Approx. 25% travel both to UK and international RB locations. Expected also travel to the Outsource service provide locations
