We’re looking for experienced, energetic, insightful and creative procurement professionals to join the newly restructured Procurement team, who are able to work closely with business colleagues and develop excellent strategies for future growth.
Joining the team as a Senior Category Manager, you will report to the Head of Category for Customer Services, and you can be office based across multiple locations in the UK, as well as the flexibility for occassional home working.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following:
Insurance Claims Category Management (mainly across Outsourced Products & Aggregators)
Leadership & managerial experience
Blue chip private sector industry experience, ideally Financial Services
Collaborative and relationship focussed approach to procurement
Supplier Relationship Management skills
Demonstrable stakeholder management ability
Very strong negotiation skill set
Contract drafting skills
Creative and dynamic personality, self-motivated with the ability to deliver at pace and drive change.
