This position will also drive metric development and alignment with respect to sister business units (BOSC, CSST, FIBI and CTS) expectations.
10% Communication – This position is expected to drive the content and publication of the monthly global newsletter and the quarterly townhalls. The expectation is that we will continue to improve the quality of both the newsletter and the townhalls. This position is an excellent step for the right person as it will require the use of multiple change management, project management and technical approaches to be successful. This is a high visibility position with interaction with the multiple functional areas as well as the global supply chain community within different Cargill Business units.
