We are looking for an iSOP Business Process Lead to design and continuously evolve the iSOP process at Market (MU), BU and Sector level (Europe). This will include working on its connection with a number of core Supply Chain and Business processes. In this role you will also ensure that best practice, either internally or externally derived are incorporated accordingly. The scope of this role is all iSOP processes (and interfaces with any interdependent processes) within the Sector led iSOP programme at MU, BU or Sector level.
Key Accountabilities:
Define and validate the future‐state design of the iSOP process (and its continuous evolution)
Draw up design documentation including charts and diagrams that indicate the various process steps involved
Prepare and maintain all the necessary blueprints, methodologies, instructions linked to the iSOP process
Define process boundaries, process ownership and process responsibilities and for all constituent steps
Design monitoring and performance measurement for iSOP, including standard iSOP KPIs and scorecards
Provide guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for all process design activites such as benefits and costings for recommending process improvements and any associated software investments (e.g. iSOP tools)
Organize and run meetings and workshops to align, co-created, get approval of process changes.

Process mapping, analysis and design skills, systems thinking, research and apabilities,
Excellent demonstrable project & change management,
Strong knowledge of iSOP / iBP process
Previous experience in designing, documenting and implementing iSOP / iBP processes
Previous experience of best in class iS&OP processes
Facilitation and collaboration across organisational boundaries by modeling integrity, transparency and authenticity
Ability to resolve conflicting needs and views across the Sector/functions/BUs
Previous FMCG experience
