Site Procurement Manager
Job profile summary:
The Site Procurement Manager (SPM) plays a pivotal role in realising Downstream Procurement’s (DP) aspiration to provide a world-class procurement service to the Downstream Segment. The SPM acts as the local face of Procurement for Petchems or Refining sites, wired into the business via a position on the site leadership team, and is accountable for day-to-day procurement support on-site
A primary focus of the SPM role is to understand the site’s requirements in support of operations, maintenance, projects and TARs. The SPM is responsible for holding and developing an overall view of demand and site needs and, in addition, creates and assures the delivery of the site plan, ensuring category initiatives are delivered on site and their associated value is reflected in the plan and reporting processes
