Tasks & accountabilities
We are a TEAM of more than 90 industrial experts, 25 nationalities and based all around the world, all with different strengths but sharing a common objective:
> Develop our Supply Chain
> To protect Aircraft deliveries On-Quality, On-Time and On-Cost
> Assessing their industrial maturity
> Defining and implementing improvement plans
> Restoring and securing Supplier performances
Who with ?
> All commodities (Supply Chain Quality Managers / Supply Chain Quality Specialists)
> Airbus & Suppliers Top Management
> All Supplier staff
We work on-site with Suppliers (about 60% travelling) so our working environment is very dynamic and diversified with high personal and professional enrichment.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- LEAN, APQP, Project Management, Problem Solving, Risk Management,
- Supply Chain Management, Shop floor culture, Crisis management, Automotive experience appreciated
Example of some tools that you may use : PFMEA, DFMEA, MSA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D, 5S, QRQC, Visual Management, TPM, Capability and Capacity Assessment, IPCA+, MRPII.
On top of these technical competences listed above we are looking for following personality skills:
- Strong leadership,
- Good at communication (influencing, networking, assertive, coaching, at ease in a multicultural environment),
- High level of autonomy, persistent,
- Customer & goal oriented,
In addition a negotiation level of English and an advanced level of French are required.
