Your contribution is vital in delivering change to the Dalton business to help Cargill achieve its service and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver customer service and financial KPIs in the Production Administration role, leveraging strong ownership and analytical skills. You will be encouraged to change practices and processes to drive efficiency into the business, and will have ample opportunity to deliver improvement as part of a small, customer-focused Supply Chain team. There is scope for personal development within the team and the wider business.
In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders upstream (Food Safety Quality Reporting / technical / operations / warehouse) and downstream (warehouse / sales / customers). You will report to the Dalton Planning Supervisor who will coach and support your personal development.
