Our three-year Graduate Programme in Supply Chain is structured to give you the greatest opportunity to kick-start your career through three different assignments within European expert teams in London, Brussels and Barcelona. These assignments will accelerate your learning and test your analytical skills and creativity in key supply chain areas such as S&OP, network planning, inventory management, logistics optimisation, production scheduling, offerings segmentation in collaboration with marketing. You will acquire lean/sigma skills and be involved in process and tool re-engineering projects applying the latest optimisation techniques. Your qualification and skills – what we’d like you to have You are in your final year or have recently graduated from a well-respected European university, with a related degree subject (Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Operations Research, Industrial Sciences or similar). You have a genuine passion and interest in analytics and supply chain as this role will require you to work with various data analysis and optimisation platforms. You possess excellent communication and initiative taking skills as you will be engaged with various teams across Europe. The home contract is to be in Belgium therefore apart from fluent English you will also need to speak and write fluent Dutch and French, German is also an advantage.
