Within a multi-channelled distribution facility operating 2 sites totalling 190,000 square feet of workable space, we are responsible for the storage and distribution of 16 Brands comprising circa 9,500 saleable and 6,000 non saleable SKU’s. Products are distributed to a number of channels including wholesale, salons, online consumers and our free-standing store portfolio.
As the Inventory & Distribution Analyst you will be responsible for the operational day to day delivery of data analytics; reporting on activities, including performance, risks, and related business issues both internally and externally. Using the data to support effective long term planning, forecasting and reporting and making recommendations for business efficiencies.
Utilising your first-rate change management experience, you’ll use data analysis to influence and enhance decision making, along with effectively maintaining the quality of service for our customers.
Delivering financial and productivity objectives within work areas to support the UK Region in delivering monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Reviewing KPI suite for specified function and provide root cause analysis with reference to service / process failure identifying trends and taking corrective action
Ensuring all HR and Health & Safety policies and procedures are communicated, understood and adopted
Supporting the safe working environment by working with the DC Management Team and Health & Safety Manager embedding the behavioural safety program in every area of the UK distribution sites
Proven experience in forecasting, reporting and analysis, ideally within a fast paced multi-channel Distribution & Supply Chain environment
Proven analytical capability and ability to quickly analyse and assimilate data and make recommendations based on this
Able to influence peers and management on your perspective or decision making
Able to present data in a meaningful way
Develop and manage analytical capability levels within the team
Manage the cycle count program in a perpetual inventory environment, reporting progress and results
Experience within Supply Chain in a Distribution environment.
Proven leadership skills in a fast paced operational environment, with a proactive attitude.
MS Office with particular focus on Excel and Powerpoint skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the credibility to effectively build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
Ability to align and engage the team to achieve the Company’s vision, strategy and goals.
Courage to initiate and lead change to drive success.
