We are recruiting for an Obsolescence Programme Lead to join Siemens Aero derivative Gas Turbine business based in Warwick. As this Obsolescence Programme Lead you will be the Supply Chain Single Point Accountability for Parts Obsolescence Management, operationally and strategically. This will include risk management & managing the overall parts sustainability programme within the current & future Supply base.
What are my responsibilities?
To be accountable and responsible for developing and adhering to the company’s Obsolescence Strategy / Procedures and the generation of improvements within the broader Supply Chain process controls.
Act as the Supplier Governance Lead to ensure compliance and effective controls.
Ensure a close cooperation with internal customers and functions to ensure customer care and early involvement to reduce the risk of obsolescence and business disruption.
