The purpose of this role is to plan a resource, or group of resources for the Global Supply Chain from production to the point of sale. You will perform Rough Cut Capacity Planning for the resource, maintain accurate planning parameters in the system and handover an optimal, achievable supply plan to the Global Site Production Scheduler for execution.
This opportunity will give the successful candidate the opportunity to partake in full, end to end supply chain processes within a large, global organisation. You will be a key player in delivering top, international brands, working internationally to support both internal and external customers worldwide. This will include management of a whole range of stakeholders, offering exposure to colleagues at all levels of the organisation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a highly analytical approach, combining computer literacy with an ability to interpret, absorb and analyse data to make and support planning decisions. You will need excellent communication skills, working well across multicultural, cross functional and international teams. You will deftly manage stakeholders, influencing colleagues at all levels and setting and managing expectations as appropriate. You will need to be very proactive, making key decisions independently but also recognising when it is appropriate to escalate and seek support. You will be a multi-tasker, able to confidently identify, anticipate and respond to a variety of daily tasks to deliver successful resolutions.
