The purpose of the role is to ensure the Supply Chain Centre, (SCC), operations are compliant with all procedures relating to the business ERP system, (Microsoft AX 2012 R3), and required business process. The role requires both functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft AX and its broader application in other business areas including procurement, inventory management and finance. As part of this role you will identify and escalate any business risk that will impact service or cost.
The AX Systems Support Analyst will work closely with Supply Chain Centre operations, Finance and I.T to ensure the system is working effectivity and to understand the root cause of any suspected issues.
