Estee Lauder is currently recruiting for a Work Area Manager in Supply Chain Analytics, and more specifically within our exciting and dynamic Distribution and Omni Fulfilment environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Distribution & Logistics for the UK Region, the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing data, extracting insight and presenting findings in a way that drives positive commercial decision-making and change in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Tracking and reporting on critical metrics and KPIs, delivering actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement through analysis of complex data sets complemented by an understanding of the ever-evolving omni-fulfilment landscape.
Overseeing inventory management process and associated improvements
Consolidation of information into cohesive and understandable written form for use across our management and senior leadership decision-making
Provision of analytical support for projects and initiatives, supporting the decision-making process through drawing key insights and associated actions
Continue to evolve best practice and sharing of insight into action
Proven analytical capability and ability to quickly analyse and assimilate data and make recommendations based on this
Able to influence peers and management on your perspective or decision making
Able to present data in a meaningful way
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the credibility to effectively build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. Inventory planning, warehouse management)
Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
BSc/BA in Logistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics or a related field
