It’s your chance to work across our Americas, Asia-Pac and European regions. You’ll support the Director of Regional Supply and drive S&OP capability. Your goals? To reduce working capital (inventory) and optimise the supply chain. To succeed, you’ll need to develop governance and make sure everyone works together. It means collaborating with regions and teams to deliver all kinds of projects/initiatives. With closer ties, you can gain consensus on supply and demand and inventory. A big part of the role involves improving analytics. You’ll lead a team tasked with turning big data into useful information. With better metrics and reporting, we’ll have a clearer picture of S&OP.
A bit about you

You know the value chain inside out, as well as supply planning drivers. You’re also very well versed in continuous improvement techniques. Using this knowledge, you’ve achieved positive changes before. The proof? A track record of implementing & developing good S&OP practices using appropriate methods and tools.
Great analytical skills play a big part in your success. Meanwhile, an eye for detail means you can spot issues straight away. However, it’s clear communication that really makes the difference. Influential and good with people, you’re adept at building partnerships. You also have the confidence to challenge whenever necessary. Supportive and articulate, you’ll inspire your team of six.
Like travel? This role will take you abroad a couple of times a year.
Life with us
Every 60 seconds, 105 pairs of Clarks shoes are sold globally. That makes us a £1.6 billion business and a truly worldwide brand. We now have some 15,000 employees across 75 different countries – everywhere from Europe to the Americas. Despite being the world’s biggest everyday footwear brand (by sale volume), we’re still majority owned by the Clarks family and based in Street, Somerset – where the Clarks business began. Street is the nerve centre of our business, driving growth and the whole Clarks success story.
As well as a rewarding career, development opportunities and a competitive salary, you’ll also enjoy 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays). We believe it’s important that you have all the support you need, so you’ll also benefit from sick pay, a company share save scheme, pension, discounted healthcare, long service awards and life assurance. Of course, as everyone loves new shoes, you’ll also get a very healthy discount on our products along with other great adhoc offers.
We love hearing from great people
