We’re looking for a supply planner to join our Supply Chain team to look after the planning of our tasty drinks. Your main responsibilities will be:
Ensuring operations run smoothly for all our blending (don’t worry, you don’t need experience working with blending operations).
This means planning our production schedule, ensuring it works for our Blender and FG sites and flagging any capacity issues – ultimately ensuring that we deliver excellent service levels
Working closely with teams internally, including finished goods supply planning, ingredients, technical, and the Contract Manufacturing teams
Working with our biggest blending partner in the network; day-to-day as well as on long term initiatives
Delivering all kinds of projects, from NPD to recipe refreshes and inputting on lots of E2E supply queries
Becoming an expert in blending; providing high quality input on all projects & queries
To succeed in our supply chain team, you’ll be having cut your teeth in the business world ( FMCG or supply chain), whether that be an internship, placement year, or previous role you’ll be ready to develop your career further at innocent .
Ideally you would have a degree or equivalent; in our experience, people who really enjoy these kind of roles are people with a business, engineering or science background
You'll be managing lots of different information sources and IT systems (especially Excel), so you’ll have to be highly organised and a whizz at multi-tasking. You’ll have strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
You’ll keep on top of everything through your excellent time management and keen eye for detail. You'll be a natural at building strong relationships with the team here at Fruit Towers and our suppliers, and you’ll be someone who is confident presenting their ideas in front of others.
You’ll have bags of initiative and be pro-active at getting things done.
