SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING OPERATIONS
Participate in and provide support to improvement initiatives and projects of Load out planning/Scheduling in Izegem focussing on planning processes and procedures.
Review load out capacity daily, and develop plan in case of gaps to minimize cost and customer impact.
Assist in communicating with all relevant stakeholders (operations/CBS/Customer Service/Master Planning) for Izegem Load out planning/Scheduling.
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING & EXECUTION
Coordinate and review load out capacity and inventory in relation to demand of customer orders for the Izegem site.
Use knowledge of Izegem Load out planning/Scheduling to execute sales and operations plans with minimum impact to working capital.
Co-ordinate and execute all forecasting processes for Izegem Load out planning/Scheduling. Provide input and support to all relevant stakeholders (operations/CBS/CS/Master Planning
Actively monitor and follow-up of daily execution of the production schedule and inbound streams
Daily update, control and validation of stocks and produced volumes
Activities include: Resolve forecast related issues, Maintain and update forecast/demand data, assist in adapting existing forecasting models, Contribute to IBP Channel capacity forecasts
CUSTOMER & CLIENT INTERACTION / BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
Organize and consolidate plans created by internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, PLM, Master Planning, plant operations, CBS-CTL) to be reviewed with more senior members of the team on the impacts of their supply chain plan. This includes all aspects regarding costs, impact on capacity, transport, and order release for Izegem Load out planning/Scheduling.
SYSTEMS / DATA MANAGEMENT, REPORTING & ANALYSIS
Responsible for maintaining and updating tools/systems and relationships that support accurate capacity planning, as well as other databases within the business related to shipments and inventory management items.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and create reports to trace performance against budget, plan vs. actual, etc.
Bachelor degree in a related field
3-5 years working experience in an industrial environment
