We are looking for a full time, permanent System Administrator that previously has experience in dealing with the Microsoft Access package to come and join us at our site in West Hallam. We need someone to come in and provide top support and administration skills to the 3rd line engineers as well as being a key part of the stock department and being responsible for stock control. Your working week will be Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Maintain and develop the Microsoft Access database/system for the 3rd line engineers
Help investigate route problems on Microsoft Access and being able to fix those issues
Control all stock movements and maintain the flow of all returns and items sent in for repair
Daily reporting and dragging information out of Microsoft Access to create reports on Microsoft Excel
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Previous experience of building databases on Microsoft Access
Strong understanding of all the other Microsoft packages
Must be a team player and able to contribute to all aspects of the role
Warehouse/Operational experience would also be desirable
