We’re looking for someone to join the technical operational team as a technical administrator to maintain our technical specification data base up to date. In this role you’ll work with the people responsible for the safety, quality and legality of our products from concept to the final bottle. You will work closely with technical functions and other areas of the business, also with external partners to support our day to day operations, innovation projects and everything that goes into creating our amazing products.
Your responsibilities will be a combination of activities to support our Technical Operations Team and flow of information with other teams and external manufacturing partners:
You will be solely responsible for creating and keeping up to date all of our specifications, visual product standards and any documentation related to the due diligence of our products.
You will also facilitate some of our meetings and support our team in keeping on track with site investigations, customer complaints and anything related to documentation or processes used by our manufacturing partners.
You will also champion projects in our technical team, for example assessing the shelf-life of our products or finding a way to measure costumer experience through the use of information from QC panels .
In a nutshell, your role will be instrumental in allowing the technical operations team to problem solve, push continuous improvement and achieve customer satisfaction.
These activities will go hand in hand with managing data trending and quality management system documentation, as well as maintaining clear communication with both external partners and others teams at innocent.
The role will also include some specific projects responsibilities, determined by business needs at the time you join us.
Experience of working in a similar role
Attention to detail
Good team player, interacts well with other teams
Basic knowledge of food quality systems and 3rd party accreditation systems
Experience in planning or managing process that require organisational skills
Problem solving skills and capacity to prioritise
Medium to advanced skills in excel (use macros, pivot tables, formatting cells, create drop down list and data validation, etc.)
Ability to translate complex things into a simple message accommodating different levels of details to the appropriate stakeholders
Flexibility - you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into a variety of jobs as part of the TechOps team
Diverse experience in the innocent technical world
