Position Purpose & Summary To support the Sales managers to execute contracts, including but not limited to order entry, arranging shipments, invoicing, customer/product feedback and complaints.
Executing purchase and sales contracts in accordance with contractual terms and documentation accordingly.
Implement and maintain standard execution process for Toshoku
Monitor and manage customer and supplier relationships via database spreadsheets, benchmarking with industry standards
Control & Manage business risk including but not limited to credit/position, food safety, etc. in order to operate business in accordance to Cargill policies/rules.
Support colleague`s job as assistant.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Multi-tasking and organization skill
Intermediate PC skills especially Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Incoterms and International trade preferable
Practical knowledge of letter of credit
Able to prepare full set of shipping documents in accordance with contractual requirements
Able to identify and solve day-to-day problems independently
Keen eye for details and meticulous
Team player with good inter-personal skills
Good analytical and decision making skills
Preferably with 1-4 years relevant work experience.
Preferably some knowledge of commodities trading (not compulsory)
