What you’ll do on a typical day:
Ensure XPO Logistics fulfil their responsibilities relating to the distribution of International Timber and Pasquill timber products, managing timely deliveries and collections
You will co-ordinate the customers requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, procedural conformance and ensuring contractual obligations are met
Be the link between XPO and our customer for the timely reporting of KPI and finance information
Endeavour to supply quality communication with the customer on a day to day basis and to deliver any agreed actions required to keep the operation efficient
What you need to succeed at XPO:
You must be a CPC holder
A good understating of fast-paced transport teams
Excellent communication skills – you’ll be speaking regularly with various stakeholders
Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
