We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. The supply chain team are the lynch pin of operations ensuring the careful coordination of concentrate ingredients and recipes. The team works with our global plants, bottlers and Distribution Centres to ensure flawless supply execution for PepsiCo. Role Summary:

Primary Accountabilities:

• Manage Finished Goods Supply Chain models
• Execute Third Party (3P) Stock transactions in a timely manner and in compliance with GCS procedures to ensure transaction accuracy and invoice generation for 3P shipping procedures for VD finished goods portfolio
• Working with vendors to ensure the level of service is maintained to our customers
• Create deliveries and Post Goods Issue to ensure net inventory is zero
• Ensure month end/quarter end close run smoothly through close liaising with all stakeholders
• Manage monthly OTD scorecard, analyse trends, and escalate any risks or service challenges
• Identify any simplification opportunities
• Support all internal & external compliance responsibilities relating to Carrier Management are met including GCS & SOX controls & AIBI
• Assist in productivity projects to reduce Supply Chain Costs
• Participate in the development and implementation of new supply chain processes
• Adherence to all PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements is a requirement of this role.

Essential Skills:

• Experience working in a freight/logistics environment is an advantage
• Raw material planning and procurement knowledge
• Experience of working with SAP system is critical
• Knowledge of Excel is essential
• Previous experience in a customer service or export environment
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Analytical skills with a proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions
• Be capable of working effectively in a cross functional environment, and with multiple organizations
