Date: 04 July 2019

Recently the US has proposed a list of tariffs amounting to $4bn consisting of 89 products such as cheese, coffee, meats, pasta and spirits such as whiskey.

The possible tariffs are in response to a continued dispute over aircraft subsidies. The latest list of goods which may be added onto tariffs can be seen below, was proposed in April.

These items that might be added to the current list of EU exports has an estimated worth of $21bn.
